Think of the kind of scenery you’re drawn to… And always have a backup plan. The weather changes so quickly in this part of the world.”

Jacinta, in her giddy excitement, recounted, “When I came across Rachel’s elopement video… I immediately turned to Stephen and said ‘Let’s get married while we’re on holiday! Check this video out!'”
