Laidback, kind-hearted, relaxing, artful, discerning, communicative, and SO TALENTED. I couldn't possibly recommend Ginger/Tule Walks more! My partner and I didn't expect to have so much fun or be so put-at-ease during our rainy waterfall engagement photo shoot, but you can tell in the (absolutely gorgeous and gallery frame-able!) photos she created that we *definitely* are. We look like movie star versions of ourselves... so comfortable, so glamorous. How did that happen??

Ginger has a magical way of letting you be you - without over-directing or making you feel like you have to focus on looking "perfect" - and still capturing the absolute best moment. Sometimes she would pop in and point out a enchanting little moss or a view in the distance for us to enjoy, but for the most part it just felt so natural to be with one another and wholly in love, with her camera nearby. She created such incredible images, while still letting us feel almost private in our sweetest moments. The photos are elegant, moody, dreamy, and have a modern storybook feel we're crazy about. So skillful. Truly.

On top of the artistry, Ginger is also an enthusiastic outdoors-person and knowledgeable botanist. If you choose do to an outdoor shoot with her, you'll come away with a newfound appreciation for and deeper knowledge of your local flora and fauna. Talk about an added benefit!

If you're looking for a photographer who will feel like a long-time friend, create the most stunning art from your love, and make you unbelievably comfortable through the entire session - just BOOK HER ASAP. We're so glad we did.

I highly recommend Ginger! She is very responsive, reliable and above all else excellent at capturing the moments on camera that you want! Taking them without you knowing it all the while. We were very happy to have Ginger as a part of our team. When we had to make a big change in wedding plans, she was very understanding and flexible. And above all else, her photos are excellent! Natural and ALL print worthy! She also took the time to meet us the morning before our wedding to do a small shoot on the river with our dogs per our request and she even brought fixings for coffee first thing in the morning. You will not be disappointed choosing Ginger as your photographer for whatever your needs are, particularly if you are getting married!

I came into it with some reservations thinking I would hate our photos. When I got my sneak peek I was so utterly overwhelmed with how beautiful the photos came out. Every photo captured the exact feeling we were feeling at that moment. Ginger with Tule Walks is so talented and helped us document an absolutely magical day. The location and day was perfect. She was very familiar with the area and what to expect in advance. She allowed us to just be us and enjoy the day. We often forgot Ginger was even there and had to remind ourselves. I apologized for just being in our own world and not providing photographic moments but she said that it was supposed to be this way where she captures us just the way we are. Us being us. Where to begin! Ginger is the most amazing and talented person to be around/work with. From communication, friendliness, punctuality and over all intelligence, she can do it all! Ginger and my now husband and I have been talking for almost a year about our elopement. She consistently stayed in contact with us, and made sure we were all on the same page. When it came to do the day of she made sure we got every shot that we wanted. We had so much fun with her, and when we got our sneak peak the other day we were even more impressed with how the pictures turned out! She can capture anything and make it look gorgeous. We first fell in love with her photography as the Portland Bridal Expo where we saw her beautiful work - all of the colors she captures are absolutely stunning. I don't always feel comfortable in front of a camera, but I was genuinely surprised how easy it felt with Ginger behind the lens. She gave us really easy cues to understand, along with some ideas on what to do based on what we were going for in our shoot. Just her little bit of guidance led us to get goofy and feel like ourselves, which made the experience SO FUN. Seeing the finished photos, I was stunned how well they turned out! Ginger did an amazing job at gifting us a unique experience that we will never forget, and helped us commemorate it so beautifully. Ginger drove us to a gorgeous beach we'd never visited and encouraged us be our true selves throughout the whole photoshoot. We had a BLAST, and the photos capture the magic perfectly. An adventure with Tule Walks might be our new anniversary tradition..... :)
