What to say about one of the most joyous and giving photographers I have ever met? As a Houston based photographer myself, I was looking for someone special to capture our Washington wedding. As soon as we found Alexandria, I knew we hit the jackpot. Not only was she immediately kind and understanding during our first Zoom call, but she made every step of the process so easy. From getting to know us as a couple, to scouting locations (and sending us IN DEPTH options), to sending us a Wedding Day Bible to walk us through all the steps along the way (OMG it was AMAZING), to just being the best day-of, Alexandria was a dream. I don't think I will ever need to hire her as a wedding photographer again (ha!) but I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking to do an adventure wedding in the Washington area. Also, I might just need to hire her to walk around with me next time I am in Washington because she is that good. Thank you, Alexandria! You shine!

Alexandria is quite literally the best wedding photographer on the face of the planet - and I never exaggerate! ;) Not only did she capture our day so perfectly, but she catered to our exact vision and went above and beyond. Since my wedding, I've been telling all soon-to-be brides that the photographer is the most important vendor of the day because of how much time you spend with them, especially during intimate moments. Alexandria was so phenomenal to be around on our day and did such a great job of making sure we felt comfortable, had fun, and enjoyed the day. She's accumulated an abundance of knowledge of where the perfect elopement locations around WA state are. Plus, she has important contextual info about these spots that's often missed and we really appreciate her attention to these often overlooked details as it saves us the stress of dealing with such issues on the wedding day.

Working with her on the day of our wedding felt really easy. She's was on time, thoughtful, and somehow got us to relax and enjoy the day and the shoot.

As for the pictures taken, we were able to get a sneak peek of our wedding photos just a few days after the shoot and they turned out waaaay better than what I'd expected. Looking forward to seeing the full set!

We are so happy we worked with Alexandria for our elopement photos! She did extensive research on locations, helped with permits, and made a helpful timeline for the day. Alexandria is very organized and really listened to what we envisioned the day to be. She was awesome during the shoot and guided us through different poses.

I can’t say enough about how amazing our elopement experience was with Alexandria. We found Sage Trails online and fell in love with her candid style and sweet nature. My (now!) husband and I were very laid back when it came to planning this elopement (I think our vision was simply us, with our dogs and best friends, in a forest somewhere) and Alexandria ended up being a huge resource to help guide us to our perfect day. From helping scout locations, to planning timelines and checklists she covered it all.
Not to mention how amazing the photos came out! We’re both a bit camera shy, but she was helpful in guiding us when needed, and yet easygoing and went with the flow to capture the more unscripted vibe of the elopement. We had such an amazing day, and if you’re going to trust anyone to accompany you on your elopement/special event we really can’t recommend Sage Trails enough. Love you Alexandria!
