Where do we start? Oli and Steph are SUCH a talented photographer duo team and two of the nicest humans we know. From our first zoom session we felt instantly calm, grounded and excited about working together. They went above and beyond with helping curate the BEST wee wedding experience in Scotland –our lodging/venue, welcome dinner location, and vendor dream team is because of their help (they have a great elopement guide too! Go check it out on Instagram). We were especially grateful for this as we were planning our wedding from over four thousand miles away in Orlando, Florida. If you are getting married on Skye or in Glencoe – book these two! You will be so happy you did! We felt equally ourselves and like movie stars – and they captured the most beautiful moments! We swear they manifested a rainbow during our ceremony at the Quirang! We feel so grateful that one of our greatest gifts of our wedding adventure was coming home with two new friends. THANK YOU!!!

Oli and Steph were an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. From our first chat we knew they were the photographers for us. They were friendly, informative and clearly very experienced when it came to wilderness elopements. They answered all our questions throughout the process and were always on hand with speedy responses, which is invaluable when you’ve got so much going on in the build up to the big day. They listened to our ideas and combined this with their local knowledge to come up with the perfect itinerary for the day. What we loved most was the flexibility in it, as things will often go wrong or not to plan on the day and their planning meant we were ready to face whatever came our way. We were also looking for our photographers to be our witnesses, as we didn’t take any family or friends, and O&S were more than happy to do this which was such a help.

Leading up to the day, we kept in regular contact and had a couple of catch-up calls to make sure we all knew the plan. We booked the full day package, so O&S arrived at our accommodation as agreed around 7am. We then spent a magical 12 hours together, exploring the Highlands based on their recommendations and our pre-agreed itinerary. In terms of the ceremony location, which can always be a bit of a worry for outdoor ceremonies as there are so many variables and you usually don’t get to see the exact spot until the day, we outlined what we were looking for and O&S came up with the most perfect location. It literally blew us both away, it was exactly what we were dreaming of. O&S even let us switchover to their car later in the day which was really great. We aren’t a lovey dovey couple that posing comes naturally to, so we did think it may be a bit uncomfortable having our pictures taken and being asked to pose, but we didn’t feel at all awkward with O&S at any point.

The photos themselves are incredible. There are so many amazing shots we’re not sure if we can even display any as it would be near impossible to whittle them down! At first, we thought having two photographers for our small and intimate day would be overkill, but the fact that they can hit different angles and catch different moments simultaneously it really does make such a difference in terms of the end result. O&S really managed to capture our story and we will cherish those images forever.

We know it’s a cliché, but it was literally the best day of our lives and O&S were a key driver in making that happen. We feel like we made two new friends and very much hope to see them both again 😊

To say Oli and Steph are the most amazing photographers, is an understatement. We cannot recommend them enough! They are the most lovely, genuine and friendly people you will ever meet.

It is impressive how quickly the sneak peak pictures and gallery were delivered despite the many hurdles Oli and Steph had to get home from our elopement. They go above and beyond. You will not be disappointed!

We feel incredibly lucky to have had Oli and Steph capture our special day. They really made it so memorable and it means so much to us. It feels like fate meeting them and they feel more like friends than our elopement photographers.

We wanted to do a pre-wedding photo shoot. No date was set. Everything was done spontaneously. We bought our flights the week before leaving the US. I bought my wedding dress the night before we flew out of Los Angeles. Chris ended up buying his suit when we landed in Edinburgh.

We searched for local Isle of Skye photographers a few days before our flight. Even though the majority (6-7 other photographers) were available to take our photo, I listened to my gut instincts and chose @oliandsteph. Their photos were much more our style - fun, creative, candid, raw landscapes, and beautiful color contrasts that capture the iconic moody Scotland tone. Their work reflects how we remembered Scotland after our first visit a few years ago. They were also quick to respond to my initial messages. There is something about the message exchanges that made me feel great. In a matter of only a few quick texts messages. I got a true sense of this fun, sweet, professional and pleasant couple. I knew we had found our photographers!!

I need to give you a little back story. We were here 4 years ago and we fell in love with Isle of Skye so we decided to come back. This time, we had talented photographers @oliandsteph work their magic. With their talents, we are able to share with our friends and families the magical scenery that drew us back here. @oliandsteph are the best!! They remembered everything we wanted in a photo. I had forgotten everything I had asked of them since I was frozen (cold temps that day) and carried a heavy dress on slippery rocks/bogs while climbing steep slopes. While they were directing us what to do or where to go, in my mind, “Wow, that’s nice. That’s what I wanted. Oh wait, I told them that.” They remembered! From then on, I was able to let go which is very hard for me to do. We trusted them. They knew exactly what they were doing. It felt like a movie being directed in the moment. Raw with pure talent behind the lens. They were very kind. Gave us hand warmers when needed. They had snacks in case we got hungry. They also brought jackets for us in case we had forgotten ours. These were all stored in their heavy back packs. On top of that, they were fun! That is really important. We really enjoyed their company. We have great memories and new life long friends in Scotland. They actually feel like more of our family now. We enjoy hearing and talking to them almost everyday.

Much to my surprise, they were able to give me some sneak peak pictures the very next day, after a full day of photo shoots!!!! Then they delivered the rest of the photos within a month. Holy s*** is what I said then and now when I look at these photos. They are perfect !! Just perfect!! I get teary eyed whenever I look at it. Editing is the hardest part too. It takes so much time and talent. They have outdone themselves from the beginning until the end. They are one of a kind. We are very lucky to have found them. They know how to take care of business!!!

We 100% made the best choice eloping with Oli and Steph. They answered all our questions from the get go, offering their best advice (they have plenty) and lots of effort to make sure we were happy! The guidance throughout and on the day was second to none, we felt heard and looked after. They picked amazing locations that we only could've wished for. The experience was wholly reflected in our gallery, that we still can't get over. Perfectly captured moments, perfectly captured emotions - everything perfectly curated! We'll always be grateful that Oli and Steph were part of our day, couldn't have asked for better witnesses and photographers! Massive thank you for being such professionals.

When we shared the photos with loved ones, some of our closest friends commented that they felt as if they had experienced the day with us and were moved to tears looking at them - that’s testament to how amazingly the photos capture the adventure and emotions of our day.

Oli and Steph fitted seamlessly into our tiny wedding party, and put us entirely at ease – it felt as if they were two guests rather than designated photographers. Neither of us are usually that comfortable having photo’s taken, but we felt relaxed (at times we forgot they were there!) and that comes across in the photos.
