Hey, friend! Welcome! I’m Juliana and I’m an award-winning elopement and small wedding photographer based in Alexandria, Virginia. I’m passionate about helping couples to be brave enough to create an intimate, meaningful, and unique wedding day experience. I truly believe that your wedding day should be a reflection of your individual personalities as well as your relationship, which is why I specialize in contemporary and natural styles of photojournalism to document every moment of your authentic experience without worry or stress.

 

I believe that elopements and small weddings are the best way to get married. There’s nothing that I love more than to help my couples plan an amazing adventure together as they commit their lives to one another. An elopement is an intentional choice to have an intimate wedding day that is truly all about you and your love. It’s a unique experience curated just for you with a stress-free atmosphere where you have the opportunity to celebrate your relationship and the beginning of your marriage.

Choosing a photographer seemed daunting to me compared to other decisions we had to make during our wedding planning. But then a friend recommended Juliana. I checked out her instagram page and was sold based on the photos alone. After I initially contacted her, she was prompt and set up a phone call to discuss what we were looking for. After that, I was even more sold because of her professional yet approachable manner. Our pictures obviously turned out beautiful. We typically feel awkward in the spotlight, but she did her best to make us comfortable throughout the day and provided great suggestions for poses. Even well after our wedding, Juliana was more than happy to assist us with ordering an album and prints.
