Hey hey, I’m Amy! I am so glad you’re here! I am crazy excited to hear all about you and partner. From your love story to your dream adventure!

I have been shooting weddings and elopements all over the world for almost 15 years, but you’ll most often find me shooting in Washington, Oregon and Iceland. I get ridiculously excited about trees, light, waves, shadows and wind. I love great food, Oregon wine, plants, chai tea, tattoos, campfires, paperback books, watercolors, handwritten notes, bees (!!) 🐝, sci-fi movies, and a good thunderstorm!

I spent years shooting big traditional weddings before moving towards elopements. It made me sad watching all of these couples experience major burnout over things like seating charts, napkins, monograms, and unending guest lists. Every wedding followed the same basic timeline and consisted of the same components. While that is definitely okay for some, I knew it wasnt for me. I needed to dream, create, explore, inspire and CONNECT with my couples uniqueness and passions! So in 2016 I packed my gear and flew to Iceland for the most unique, nontraditional, intimate wedding adventure I could have imagined. I’ve have been shooting elopements and intimate weddings ever since!

I want every couple I work with to honor their unique passions when planning their wedding day. I’m here to help you ask all the questions and find all the answers. My job is to help you shed the stress of your family and friends’ expectations so that you can figure out exactly what it is that the two of YOU want. Whether it’s just the two of you and your officiant, or a group of your closest family and friends…Whether we hike, row out on a lake, jump in a hot spring, explore the coastal cliffs, seek out a few waterfalls, spend the night under the stars, or find a venue that’s truly meaningful to you, I will help you plan an experience that is not bound by rules or expectations. Just a once-in-a-lifetime adventure along with once-in-a-lifetime photographs to celebrate the beginning of your life together.
