HELLO HELLO!
We are Ally & Andre, a husband and wife photo and film team based out of Southern California and (basically anywhere fun, cool or adventurous you want to get married!) We have the best job in the world, a job that lets us travel, take photos, meet awesome couples, and make new friends everyday. We have been doing photography and videography professionally for 6 years and have been a part of close to 100 weddings. We truly care about your story and want to invest in getting to know you and your love story. Capturing the big moments in your life is what we strive for. We enjoy traveling and camping in our free time, which helps us come across some of the most beautiful places. If you are looking for a fun, adventurous, laid back and stress free photographer to work with, we are your people! PLUS we have a Shih Tzu named Ruffles and she’s pretty dang cute.
WHO ARE WE?
ALLY – Hello beautiful people! Ally here! I was a preschool teacher and a Behavior Interventionist for a total of 9 years before I took on photography full-time. I’m the owner of Alyssia Renee Boudoir and a self-love advocate. My favorite go-to beverage is a nice chilled glass of Sangria or Champagne. I have an obsession with hats & headbands, love a good bold lip and always start my mornings off with Kacey Musgraves. I’m a pretty huge fan! When I’m not working, you can find me outdoors, camping, hiking, cuddling with our dog and snacking. My favorite part about being a wedding photographer is getting to know our couples and becoming friends with them. We have met so many amazing couples in the past years and it has led us to some pretty awesome friendships that we are so thankful for.
ANDRE – Howdy!…I’m Andre. Photography became a part of my life back in 2015, when I bought my very first camera. With many hours and days of learning, with the help of YouTube, I decided to turn my favorite hobby into a career. My favorite things in life are coffee, listening to comedy podcasts, Dodgers baseball, and finding the best camp spots to cook outdoors with friends and family. My favorite part about being a wedding photographer is getting the opportunity to travel for both work and pleasure. Sometimes traveling to work a wedding doesn’t even feel like work! I truly love what I do and wouldn’t want my life any other way.
WHAT TO EXPECT FROM US:
A good time!! No…really. We try our best to make your day feel like YOUR day. We don’t enjoy overwhelming our couples with any unnatural posing, we try our best to guide you through the movement of what makes a great natural photo. We believe that letting you and your partner be in the moment creates more of those special natural candids. Did we also mention that your day will not feel like a photo session? We are there to document your wedding day story and not make you feel like you need to get all those obligated traditional wedding day shots. Why stress over a tight timeline because the venue said so or pay thousands of dollars for your guests just to eat, drink and take a party favor home? Society or your family should not make you feel like you need to do all of this on your wedding day. Every wedding and couple is unique and different in their own ways and if you want to hike and get married at the top of a mountain, slow dance with your partner in a middle of a forest or eat McDonalds Chicken nuggets for dinner….then DO IT! We strongly encourage you and your partner to do WHAT you want and HOW you want your special day to be. Trust us, you don’t want to regret a thing. Your wedding day/session represents who you two are and we are here to capture it ALL in every way we can!
