We decided to do a small elopement across the country and were unsure about almost everything. Thankfully, Becky and Brian helped us every step of the way, including finding the perfect location. They really took the time to listen to us as a couple and made our vision come to life. Their knack for finding the best photo spots was impressive! It felt like we were with friends, not strangers—our guests thought so too, which made the day even better. We can't thank Becky and Brian enough!

Bear with me as I explain why if you are thinking about an elopement adventure you should ride with these two.

We met Becky and Brian during Covid times at a brewery outside Yosemite (Summer 2021). This random meeting proved to be one of the best and most meaningful discussions that we have had as a couple. During this chance meeting it was evident that they are dedicated to their craft, nature and its preservation as well as some downright bad ass van dwellers!

They have done extensive scouting at some of the most beautiful places you could ask to hold your special day. Many spots are secluded away from crowds and feature truly breathtaking scenery. If I wasn’t crying so hard trying to read my vows, the landscape easily could have gotten the job done.

Their communication is top notch and they guide you through the entire process from where you will be married, how YOU want your wedding day to look to any permits and licenses that are necessary.

The day we had with them was everything we wanted, and nothing that we didn’t. That’s priceless.

Please please please give them a look! You will not be disappointed, and you will have the coolest wedding photos out of all your friends!

Becky and Brian were simply outstanding. They ensured every aspect of our wedding flowed smoothly and without any stress. The planning process felt deeply personal, crafted just for us, making our experience truly unique. Our wedding day emerged as one of the most unforgettable moments of my life. The location they helped us choose was like something out of a dream. Their familiarity with the area led us to some of the most picturesque sites, and their approach to photography was so natural, suuuuuper natural if you will (inside joke) we hardly noticed the camera. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Initially, I was apprehensive about entrusting such a significant day to people we hadn’t met, but from the moment we met Becky and Brian, it felt as though we were reconnecting with old friends. For those of you contemplating an elopement and wishing for a day that centers entirely around you and your significant other, I wholeheartedly suggest Scenic Vows. A perfect 10/10—without a hint of hesitation, I’d do it all over again.

It’s difficult to put into words how wonderful our experience was. Becky and Brian not only take the most BEAUTIFUL pictures but they helped us navigate the entire elopement process with ease! They take their time to nail down the perfect location and vibe you’ve dreamed of with thoughtful and thorough questionnaires. Our ceremony felt as though it was done by an old friend and not someone we met on zoom a few months prior. We had an incredibly rainy day but got the BEST pictures. We are truly thankful for the Google search that lead us to discover Scenic Vows, we could not have asked for a better experience or better pictures! They captured us and our day perfectly! 🤍

We can’t begin to express our appreciation and gratitude to Becky and Brian for making our wedding day the adventure we always imagined.

Having had several trips together in Yosemite National Park, we could think of no better place to cement our love in the presence of those closest to us. While a small wedding was always the plan, trying to create the perfect day in YNP was daunting. We’ve seen first-hand the unpredictability that tourism can bring; and the idea of caravanning five cars through multiple locations without interruption seemed unlikely. Thankfully we had help!

From the initial video call, both Becky and Brian were honest, understanding, kind and confident in their craft. Both are established photographers who spend a large portion of their year documenting nature’s beauty, with a clear affinity towards the Majesty of Yosemite. After we shared our connection with the park and swapped stories of adventure, we felt confident the details of our special day would be in capable hands.
Every step including Permitting, Licensing, Itinerary Development (with Plan B’s and C’s), Parking and traffic flow had been accounted for by Scenic Vows.

On the day of our wedding we met in The Valley floor at noon for our first look and initial gathering. We then made three additional stops including a private picnic, gift giving, and of course the most beautiful scenery imaginable. Our Fifth and final stop was the ceremony. As the Sun began to set, we exchanged vows, said those 2 words, and sealed our love forever. We then danced and partied until dark. It was truly a perfect day.

Becky and Brian bring expertise and a deep knowledge of YNP. Of the five total locations we stopped at, I’d only ever heard of one of them. We never had an issue with parking or moving between destinations and it was clear we were benefitting from Becky & Brian’s experience in the park. Becky is ordained and performed our ceremony, the pictures speak for themselves.
