Hey there!
I’m a Florida native who traded in the sunshine for the mountains of Western North Carolina. Some may call me a crazy cat lady, but I prefer the term “feline enthusiast.” I have three fur babies who rule my house and a German Shepherd named Cleo who thinks she’s one of them.
If you’re looking for me, you’ll likely find me engrossed in a true crime podcast. Don’t worry, I’m not plotting anything nefarious, just a big fan of a good mystery. And speaking of mysteries, let’s talk about the enigma that is Starbucks. Is it a coffee shop? A lifestyle brand? A cult? Whatever it is, I’m fully invested in it. Give me a caramel macchiato any day of the week, and I’ll be your best friend.
When I’m not solving murders or downing caffeine, I’m a wedding photographer alongside my partner-in-crime, Brad. He’s a North Carolina native who loves working with wood and fishing. Together, we’re basically the coolest photography duo you’ll ever meet.
When we’re not capturing the magic of someone’s special day, Brad and I are out exploring new hiking trails and checking out new places. I know they say to not go chasing waterfalls, but it really is one of the greatest joys in life.
We also raise our own chickens and tend a garden in the summertime. There’s nothing quite like biting into a juicy, home-grown tomato. I mean, c’mon, have you even lived until you’ve experienced that?
And when it’s purely a lazy day, we love binge-watching The Office (who doesn’t?) and Game of Thrones. We also thoroughly enjoy playing The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild when we’re feeling adventurous, and Mario Kart when we want a good competition. Ask Brad about “The Villager”, he will convince you that The Villager is the champion.
So, there you have it folks. A little insight into the life of a caffeine-loving, true crime fanatic, wedding photographer, hiking enthusiast, and proud cat mom. Thanks for tuning in, and don’t forget to pet a cat and drink a caramel macchiato today!
