I’d like to begin by acknowledging the Traditional Custodians of the land on which I live, and work. I pay my respects to both the Yuggera people and the Turrbul people and their Elders, past, present and emerging. I recognise and respect them as the holders of the memories, the traditions, the culture and the spiritual wellbeing of the community.
For the wild lovers
We are all seekers of authenticity and connection. But not a superficial kind of connection – that deep, honest, connection, yaknow? Connection with your lover; connection with your family; and connection with your land or place. Connection is at the heart of everything I do, so allow me to honour your connection by capturing your day true and unfiltered. Real and authentic. Raw and unpolished.
I’m calling out to the wild lovers who do things a little (or a lot) differently. The ones who stray away from tradition and are unapologetically themselves. Who tackle life their way, on their terms; let’s make sure your special day is as rad as the love story that got you here!
Whether you’re planning a day with just the two of you, or a handful of your nearest and dearest – I would love to help tell your story! I’m also a professional Makeup Artist & Hairstylist, which allows me to help keep your space intimate and free from Wedding Day ovewhelm. I’m your whole team (apart from the celebrant – but I can hook you up with those, too!) all rolled in to one. If you’re chasing “just the photos” or an entire Elopement experience, I got you!
Why I care
When my husband and I started to seriously talk about getting married, we knew we wanted something more than the traditional wedding experience. We wanted something intimate, something intentional, and something that meant something to the both of us. So we eloped. We spent a week on the East Coast of Tasmania with our parents and our siblings, sipping local Tassie red and just enjoying each others company.
I know just how fulfilling it is when you stick to your guns, and create an authentic experience that makes you feel good in your soul bones – and I am so passionate about empowering couples toward doing the same. However that looks for you!

MY TOP 3 REASONS TO ELOPE
IT’S THE “NO STRESS” OPTION
You can have a meaningful day that is a true reflection of you and your relationship, without the stresses or anxieties that come with planning a traditional wedding. Do away with managing other peoples expectations of your wedding, mulling over seating charts or worrying about whether Uncle Phil (that you haven’t seen since you were 5 years old) is going to be pissed that you haven’t included his favourite single-malt Scotch on the drinks menu.
A “JUST US” EXPERIENCE
Often when planning a traditional wedding, we plan it around the experience of our guests and focus on pleasing everyone else. When you plan an Elopement or Small Wedding, the focus comes back to being entirely about you – the couple. You’re saying that the moment that you say your “I-Dos” to one another matters so much to you, that you’ve chosen it to be intimate, and meaningful and only witnessed by the closest ones you love (or no one at all!).
ALL OF THE FEELS
There is a moment that I always share from my own Elopement experience, which was the driving force behind me choosing to specialise in Small Weddings! I remember it clear as day, as time stood still; looking in to my husbands eyes, and feeling my body fill with so much love. I glanced over my shoulder and took in the emotion on each of our family members faces (we only had 5 family members with us), and remember watching as a single tear fell from my Father-in-laws eye – his emotions so evident in his face. That moment is still so vivid in my memory.
There’s something about smaller, more intimate settings, where people allow themselves to be vulnerable and express their true emotions. And it really is the most beautiful thing!
