It's hard to put into words what Sam was for us not only on our wedding day, but every step of the way throughout the process. She was our planner, our hype girl, our coordinator, our lighting expert, our driver, our director and our photographer. But so much more than that is who she is as a person. She made us feel comfortable in a way we didn't think we could, she believed in us when we weren't so sure, she was our friend more than our photographer. Her warmth, kindness and genuine excitement for what she does radiates through her and the pictures that she takes. She has the best eye for unique, unbelievable shots. She captured the vastness of the mountains and landscape in a way we didn't think was possible. Our pictures bring us to tears each time that we look at them. Sam was able to capture the entire day, but more than that, capture the most important moments. She sees how the little moments are the biggest moments, and is able to encompass all of the love, emotion and joy we felt on that day in a single image. We're blown away by our end product! When we show friends and family our pictures, they get to feel as if they were there, which is the greatest gift. She was the best choice we made in our elopement journey. You absolutely can't go wrong with Sam! She completely made our day everything that it was, and we are beyond grateful and blessed to share in this incredible experience with her!

I booked Sam for our three-day wedding weekend in the Colorado mountains July 2024. We also booked her for our engagement adventure pictures in Rocky Mountain National Park, where we went snow shoeing in the cold winter snow, as well as a bonus engagement session hiking in the Utah slot canyons. We booked Sam because she not only takes incredible pictures, but she is also amazing company to hike, off road, camp, and just spend time with. Everyone truly enjoys her presence, which is what we wanted for a personal, special wedding feel. Sam is always up for a new adventure, and her pictures always capture those exceptional moments. Sam communicates promptly and honestly, we could always count on her for planning, photography, and as a friend. Her turn around time for pictures is shocking, the night of our wedding we already had sneak peaks! We had a full gallery with thousands of incredible pictures in just eight weeks. I was looking for someone to capture our love, happiness, and eagerness for adventure, which Sam full filled beyond what we could have ever imagined. Her pictures are bright and beautiful.All of our family and friends were amazed with Sam's work. We can't imagine anyone else taking our pictures - we definitely found our lifetime photographer!

I truly cannot express how incredible Sam is at what she does! Our entire experience with Sam was nothing short of phenomenal. I was adamant on hiring an experienced photographer that could give me something no other photographer could, and Sam checked every box and then some! After brainstorming with Sam, we elected to do an off-roading adventure immediately following our ceremony. I’m so glad she suggested it because it’s one of my most cherished memories now. I started working with Sam last year, in planning my micro wedding in Colorado. From the beginning she was so enthusiastic about her job, took so much pride in her work and so thoughtful and knowledgeable as well. We just had our micro wedding a few days ago, and I am still getting comments from guests, about how well Samantha did. How kind, experienced and fun she is! She helped me through every process of planning my wedding, and I truly believe if it wasn’t for her the day would not have been as perfect as it was. My husband and I planned our Colorado wedding from South Carolina, all online, and Sam was so transparent and helpful. Not only was she our photographer, she grew to be an amazing friend. Hiring her was the best decision I could have made. She captured all the special moments and I got so many sneak peaks back I thought it was the full album! Working with Sam and having her photograph our special day was truly an honor. I cherish her so much.

Not only did she take spectacular photos of our elopement, she was such a HUGE help as well. My now husband and I eloped without any family or friends. Sam was sympathetic to this and helped in so many ways. From something as little as helping me put on my necklace, fixing my shoe when it broke, to something as big as helping me get in my wedding dress. All the while she managed to take the most amazing photographs of our day. When we got our gallery I was blown away. I can't imagine our photos coming out any better. She was receptive to what shots I wanted as well as getting shots we didn't even know we needed! With my husband and I both being POC, I was afraid about how our skin tones would photograph, and I'm telling you, with Sam, that won't be an issue. She used natural lighting and made us glow. She was the most important person for us that day and I'm so glad that I was able to put my trust in her.

Sam photographed our elopement and we would absolutely recommend her! We booked her full-day package, and she helped us plan a day of fun activities before the ceremony. I really appreciated her attention to detail in capturing all the little moments of our day. She was super easy to communicate with and helped us make other decisions about the day that went beyond photography—it was super helpful to have someone with wedding industry experience to help us plan. The photos turned out beautiful, and she even made a few gifs of moments like our first look, which was so much fun! She is a master with guiding you through poses, developing confidence in yourself, capturing moments that take you right back to that day, and above all else she produces a gorgeous photo gallery that you just can't stop looking at. She traveled hours, trekked through snow and mud, and got covered in rain with us just to make our photos happen. I never doubted her skill or talent, and she even showed us raw photos from her camera while shooting just to reassure us that everything was all good!
