Mary was such a dream to work with! Mary's attention to detail really showed in the effort she put forth not just in the time we spent together, but everything behind the scenes as well. Prior to our engagement shoot, Mary scouted the location herself and ended up doing the same for our wedding.

After 11 years of dating, our original plans were to have a much bigger ceremony. Little did we know how special and intimate it would be with Mary’s help. Working with Mary was great from start to finish! Mary was super helpful in scouting locations and making recommendations based on weather and her experience. She met with us before the ceremony took place to look at the locations and find the best spots for photos. She was so flexible and kind, ensuring we felt comfortable and happy with the plan leading up to and on the day of.

My husband and I have never taken professional photos, so we required quite a bit of guidance. Mary was incredible at making us feel comfortable and giving us great tips on how to show our personalities in the photos and how to pose while also finding great locations to take each photo. She captured our special day beautifully, encouraging our silly side while showcasing our long-forged bond through intimate photos. I will cherish the photos and memories she captured. We were incredibly fortunate to have been put in touch with Mary. We had Mary meet us at the Marin Headlands for our first ever shoot and it was a blast. Mary shot our destination elopement on the Big Island of Hawaii. She not only has an eye for finding the best backdrops to capture your story, but the heart to make you and your guests feel at ease in front of the camera. Mary took the time to stake out perfect spots to make sure her shots brought out the best in us and the natural beauty of Hawaii. When we were faced with harsh winds on the beach, she managed to use it to her advantage - my hair and dress blew perfectly in her pictures. I've got a sneak peek at my pictures and LOVE the results. I'm so happy to have entrusted Mary with my big day and would recommend any bride to do the same.

We did an elopement shoot with Mary along the picturesque Half Moon Bay, CA. Mary is a skilled and talented photographer, and she is fantastic at what she does! She knew all the perfect spots at our location that would make the make the most stunning photos, as well as where to park to avoid the Saturday beach goers! We love our photos where she skillfully captured the beautiful cliff side of Half Moon Bay. Not only is she professional, she is also friendly and welcoming which really made any awkwardness disappear when we shot some intimate poses. What a pleasure it was to work with Mary! She photographed my wedding in Muir Woods and Mount Tam and I am thrilled with how the images turned out.
