Why Elope in Scotland?

Scotland is blessed with some of the most breathtaking landscapes in the world, with magical mountains, forests, lochs, glens and castles to explore. In Scotland, you can get married anywhere you want (I repeat, anywhere!), and the landscape does the styling for you. Imagine waking up in a cabin surrounded by nature, having an outdoor ceremony in the mountains, spot some stags along the way and finish the day in front of a fireplace with a dram of whiskey – no stressful timelines to worry about here.

My approach

⁣I’m Lina, and I’m an elopement photographer based in Scotland. For a long time, weddings have focused too much on “stuff”, perfection and impressing others. I encourage couples to plan a wedding that represents their personalities and makes their heart truly happy.

I have learnt to be as subtle and unobtrusive as possible, while still capturing the fleeting moments. I care about your experience before and after the day is over. I take the time to get to know you before the day so that on the day we already feel like friends hanging out together, and you can simply be yourself.
