We decided to have an impromptu elopement/micro wedding in Sedona and the only thing we really cared about was a great photographer! We found Karen and some of her work on an Arizona elopement group, I reached out to her immediately and within 24 hours we had our photographer booked. She was able to create a timeline for our day and she made sure that all of the shots we wanted we got. She made the day 100% about us, she captured the most intimate moments of us getting ready, the sweetest moments of our ceremony, she even had us have our first dance on the cliffs and the photos were stunning. I can hands down say she made our day perfect. My husband and I both expected a handful of framable photos and what we got blew our minds we want to display Every. Single. Photo.

Karen was GREAT, we instantly connected. I had a vision of where I wanted to go for my bridal adventure session and Karen went the distance, quite literally, to get the shots I had envisioned. Hiking 11 miles up mountains, to look outs and waterfalls. Taking on the heat and humidity like a boss. Communication was on point, never leaving me questioning details about our session. Seriously she was a dream to work with and would highly recommend to all who are looking for a photographer.

I am so glad that I stumbled across Karen Castor Photography!! She was absolutely one of the best photographers I've ever had the chance to work with! I loved that she was willing to go the distance for me and my fiance! Karen was very creative and had an amazing eye for the best shots!! Karen is incredible. We chose her for our wedding and with uprooting our first big wedding and with what seemed like everything falling apart she made me feel at ease going with the flow with all my random ideas reassuring me it would all work out. And that it did! She was like invisible you barley noticed her at the wedding but oh my gosh the shots she got were amazing. I look at them constantly just to relive the moments because she captured our laughter and emotions so perfectly. She was so sweet so easy going she made it easy and fun. We loved having Karen around to photograph us on our wedding day. From the beginning planning phases, she was proactive, responsive and was able to provide suggestions for the look and style we were looking for. What we loved most was that she goes above and beyond to make sure the actual day goes smoothly - from separately coordinating with our Officiant to make sure we were at the right place at the right time, to even helping with hair and make up! Not to mention she had a fantastic attitude the entire way through, even at the 3am meet time to catch the sunrise!
