BASED: Seattle, WA
If you’re here, some part of you already knows that you want to elope. You’ve already tossed out the memo that says you have to do things the traditional way. You’re dreaming up epic sunrises, ocean views, mountaintops, and maybe a helicopter ride?!
But you’re doing it for a deeper reason than the epic view. You’re doing it because you actually want to connect with each other on your wedding day. You want to bring the dogs (aka the only family members whose opinions matter more to you than your own). And you want to feel like yourselves — the way you do when it’s the two of you out in nature, not in a crowded room with your extended family.
If you’re gonna do things the non-traditional way, you want to do them right. Let’s make this day about all the things you want it to be about, and none of the things you don’t.
Hey I’m Jess!
My job, as your photographer, isn’t just to get the shots you’d expect, and it definitely isn’t to put you in poses all day long; it’s to be your story teller.
I’m the right photographer for you if you’re looking for…
- An experienced elopement professional to guide you through the planning process
- A person who allows you to be yourself and feel comfortable
- Photos that let you relive, not only the big moments, but all of the little moments on your elopement day
My values:
Diversity & Inclusivity
Love is love. No one should feel left out of the elopement/wedding industry(or any industry), which is why I happily photograph couples regardless of their skin color, gender identity, cultural traditions, sexual orientation or size.
Environmental Sustainability
I’m a Leave No Trace certified photographer. I won’t do “anything” for the photo, if it will harm/endanger the environment or animals in our surrounding area. Yes this includes spraying champagne, but we can spray sparkling water if you still want those kind of photos. If you’re new to the LNP principles, don’t worry I’m here to guide you, not judge you!
All of my packages include:
-
- guides and resources: location recommendations, timeline creation, and vendor recommendations
- all travel is included!
- experienced elopement photography coverage
- the part where I follow you and your dogs around with my camera, saying things like, “epic.”
- online gallery of professionally-edited photos. (yep. all of them.)
On my website you can find resources like: How to elope in Mount Rainier, 5 Reasons to elope in the PNW, The Ultimate Guide to a National Park Wedding, 5 Eco-friendly Wedding & Elopement Tips and plenty more!
