Hi, I’m Jaci Berkopec! A self portrait of me would include a frozen pizza, caesar salad bag, and a bottle of white wine. But more importantly I am a wedding, lifestyle and adventure elopement photographer based out of NYC. Weddings and elopements are one of my passions because witnessing love and marriage is one of the most beautiful things we can witness. When shooting with me, expect to have tons of fun and lots of laughs because I like to be weird! Life is too short to be normal! I photograph all types of love.

I’m a midwest girl at heart and when I was 18, my passion brought me to NYC to attend The School of Visual Arts for 4 years with a major in photography. Now 10 years after my move to NYC I am still hustling in this crazy city as a freelance photographer.

Alongside weddings, I also capture portraits, lifestyle and portraits. In all of my work, I strive to capture humans at their happiest, most empowered, genuine selves. I work hard at what I do, I put my heart into my work and don’t stop until I truly am proud of what I have created. I am here to document the real, raw moments for you. I want you to look at your photos and scream “Hell yeah!”

I avoid the cheesy poses and I want to capture your personality, love, family, and relationship. My favorite part about my job is that I get to meet couples and individuals, learn their stories and participate in their special day.
