Hi there, friend! I’m Claire Hunt, a Colorado-based elopement photographer traveling the world one adventure at a time. My photography style is inspired by capturing two lovers who are smitten, joyous, and adventurous. I am passionate about providing an experience and a gallery that helps you feel every moment – all over again! In the images we create together, we will focus on encouraging the connection between you and your lover because those are the photos that mean the most. So if you are looking for prompt-based, genuine photos with plenty of in-between moments, candids, and a little wind in your hair — it’s truly no accident that you’re here!

You deserve a photographer who truly cares about you and your vision, that’s exactly why I’m here – to serve you, help you live your best day, and to be your ultimate guide.

I serve you by helping with:

  • planning your timeline
  • personalized location recommendations tailored to your vision including details on distance, difficulty, leave no trace, elevation gain, accessibility, and more
  • vendor recommendations
  • elopement activity ideas to make your elopement day the ultimate date day
  • taking the unknowns out of eloping by providing an 80+ page elopement planning handbook exclusively for my couples
  • information about permits, logistics, the perfect time, and more
  • any questions you have, I will find the answer if I don’t already know it

I pour my heart and soul into every couple because you matter to me. Your wedding experience matters. Let’s illustrate your love in a way that authentically reflects who you are. We will have a dang good time while doing it, too.

Contact me to schedule our initial call (no strings attached) and we will confirm we’re the best fit and talk about all the details. I can’t wait to hear from you!

Claire Hunt is an amazing photographer skilled far beyond her years. She has an eye for the warm light which is what makes her photos spectacular. Also, she is funny, bright, joyful, and personable too. It's very easy to see why so many couples choose her for their wedding or couples photography sessions. She has a way with words and gets you to come out of your shell for the camera. She allowed us to be our true selves, have fun, laugh, smile and get some amazing pictures together in the Smoky Mountains. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Claire for any future photography needs. Her response time and turnaround time with the photos is also amazing. When she promises a date, she delivers on time and that is rare in the wedding industry. I wish her a long and fruitful career and I'm sure her business will thrive with all of her hard work. Don't hesitate to call her and book your elopement now!

Claire is the sweetest soul. She will care about your wedding as much as you do. She was patient, kind, and easy-going through the entire journey. She visited our location close to our wedding day so she could familiarize herself with the sunset lighting and our requests for day of. She knew what we wanted before we had any clue. Claire was SO made to capture sweet moments. You HAVE to hire her!

Bride and groom sharing vows at sunrise at Red Rocks Park in Morrison, CO.

Elopement in the Red Rocks of Colorado

The best thing about elopements is that you can do whatever your heart desires. For this elopement, Rochelle + Tommy read vows at sunrise, popped champagne, had a picnic to celebrate their awaited union, took beautiful portraits that captured their smitten love in the Red Rocks. Your elopement day is just as important as a traditional wedding day and I would be honored to help guide you through the planning process.
