As we arrived at the vast black sand beach, an overwhelming feeling of joy came over all of us. They couldn’t help but take in the brisk Icelandic air and breathtaking views as they stared at towering mountains in the north and endless black sand beaches in the south. Seeing the look of excitement on their faces grew a spark inside of me.

This is just one example of the many experiences I’ve had as an elopement photographer. My journey as an adventure elopement photographer started early on when I developed a love for nature. Watching nature documentaries lit the fire I felt to photograph these beautiful landscapes and what better way to do it then to add a beautiful couple ready to celebrate the best day of their lives!

Photographing adventure elopements all around the world has become a passion of mine. My goal is to provide an elegant and luxury touch to the adventure elopement. Through my editorial and fine art style, I focus on adding an elegant feel to the photos while keeping my edits natural. Timeless photographs are so important in an ever changing world and being able to look back on your photos in 10, 20, 30 years and still being in love with them is my goal. Even though I photograph plenty of adventure elopements in Arizona (where I’m based), some of my favorite places to photograph and film elopements are Hawaii, Iceland, Yosemite and Canada!
