Red Rock Canyon Engagement Session in Las Vegas, NV | Catie & Shane
Ohio-based photographer David Swidrak felt there was something special about Catie and Shane from the moment he met them. After the couple booked him for their upcoming wedding, David could hardly wait to make plans for their engagement shoot. When Catie mentioned a desire to venture out west, David ran with the idea, and it was not long before he and his wife were on a plane with the happy couple, Vegas-bound!
There was little time for sleep before the group rose early the next morning to head to Red Rock Canyon for a sunrise session. Given the remarkable experience that followed, there is no doubt the trek was worth a bit of sleep deprivation. David recalls witnessing the love between the couple grow stronger as the session progressed and what a profound impact watching them fall for one another over and over again in front of his lens had upon him. “I’ve shot a lot of weddings and engagements, but never one like this. Not only was I in the most amazing location, but with two of the most amazing people who inspired me to love my wife harder, stronger, and more passionately every moment of every day.” Truly uplifting, if you ask us!
