Also, we certainly made lifelong friends with them. They were, fun, funny, professional, and they accommodated us with car rides from location to location.

They were worth the visit to Scotland alone.

My wife and I got married in Scotland at Slains Castle in Peterhead on November 22, 2022, and The Sassenachs were a dream to work with. We are from the States, so planning our little wedding from afar was a bit daunting, but from our first zoom call with Matt and Jodie we knew they were the team we wanted to shoot our wedding. We actually found them on Instagram and fell in love with their style and then meeting them and getting to know them was icing on the cake. The day of our ceremony they were game for anything. They were fun and total pros. We are so in love with our photos. Everyone can’t stop saying how the photos look like they came straight out of a movie! We definitely recommend them!

So happy we chose Matt and Jodie for our wedding photography! They are very talented and such nice people too. We’re so happy with the finished photos, they’re amazing. Highly recommend :)

Cannot thank Matt and Jodie enough for their kindness and being a part of our very special day in lovely Edinburgh! Not only are they charming and hilarious, but they are masterful professionals and go the extra mile. They will put you at ease, even in ice cold, pouring rain. We are from America and had never even been to Scotland prior, luckily our trust was not misplaced. From videos calls prior to when you get your pictures they handle everything with the utmost care. Again, thank you, Matt and Jodie! We hope to remain in contact for many years to come and when we revisit, we will definitely have to book something again.

Matt and Jodie took photos for our elopement they where super friendly and accommodating, made us feel really relaxed and at ease. They went above and beyond on the day to make sure we were happy and comfortable, given the weather conditions. Pictures were exactly what we had hoped for couldn’t have asked for anything better!
