Sarah is beyond a photographer! I cannot imagine a more thoughtful and creative human to be in this role! We got married in Yelapa, Mexico and Sarah went above and beyond to curate a special and memorable way to document our special weekend with 80 friends and family! She was present for all 3 days of celebrations with our people arriving- we did a welcome party, a rehearsal dinner and a wedding day, and she got incredible photos of everything! She helped move people from location to location, she made us comfortable every step of the way and documented so beautifully and professionally. Not to mention, she integrated so well with our friends and family- everyone loved her! We cannot recommend Sarah enough for your special day!

Where to start. Sarah is not only a close friend, but a colleague, a confidant and a mentor. I had the fortuitous opportunity to be her classmate at the University of Utah for photography, and I have thanked my lucky stars ever since. Sarah is not only one of the most talented wedding photographers I know, she is personable, funny, and no matter who she meets, she finds a way to make you feel at home. When my husband and I decided to get married, we chose a destination wedding in Siena, Italy and asked only a handful of friends to join us. There was no question as to who I wanted to photograph our special day - Sarah. She not only captured our small wedding beautifully, but she told a story of the weekend with those we call our closest friends (including her and her husband, Chris). It is a no brainer to hire Sarah as your wedding photographer, and I refer her to anyone I know getting married. She is an amazing photographer and friend.

We hired Sarah for our love celebration weekend in Yelapa MX. After spending many intimate days with her…she is now and will forever be a part of our big Minnesotan family. ;) as for ourselves and our guests, we will always remember the loving conversations, the space she held, and how she made us feel. Sarah is an artist, a creative, and lover of human connection and LOVE! She always centered our love and she knows how to do relationships well (easily welcoming all our guests with love and warmth while also navigating/managing excited love birds & fairies into beautiful photos - now that is a talent)! Sarah was more than just our wedding photographer in all the best ways! She exudes and carries a warm, calm, and loving presence that is only contagious. I wish I could bottle her energy and keep it with me forever!

We had a 3 day wedding love celebration from a welcome party at Taco Y Mas, groom’s dinner at Yelapa Yacht Club with an open mic, and an amazing wedding day and epic dance party at MiraMar! Sarah followed us throughout all the days of being there capturing some quite romantic and goofy moments. <3

We are so lucky our paths crossed and stars aligned to have found Sarah as our wedding photographer. She captured all the moments from little to big to silly and you can feel the felt sense in each picture. We can relive our wedding day over and over again because each photo is full of life and love! We more than recommend Sarah! If you get the opportunity to work with Sarah and stars have aligned for you…do it!! Sarah is well respected in the community and works with many other amazing vendors in Yelapa.

Sarah really got to know us to make sure our pictures were extra special. She's a great person, so flexible and easy to get along with, felt like we'd known her for years. We are SO LUCKY to found Sarah as our wedding photographer! Planning a wedding from out of state was not easy but fortunately we were able to find her online, after a few e-mails exchange, we were able to meet up when I went home and after our coffee chat, I knew she was the one for us :)

Communication was easy with Sarah leading up to the big day. On the day of our wedding, she was there before our scheduled time to make sure everything was good to go (she even went above and beyond and helped us with some wedding tasks that was totally not her job! We are so appreciative of that).

Sarah is also super flexible - we were running late and she was so accommodate with all of our requests while dealing with some (quasi bossy) guests who wanted their pictures taken ;) Always with a smile.
