I’ve been in your shoes, I’ve planned a wedding, and I've cancelled a wedding. We started off with 120 guests and ended up with 30. And I still sometimes wish it had just been the two of us.
We threw our big wedding plans out the window and decided to celebrate in a way that was more us. This meant a cross country road trip, an intimate beach wedding and a big casual taco party later on. It was still a lot of work, but so fun and multidimensional. Plus we got to celebrate for a month straight.
Needless to say I’m a firm believer in doing what feels right for your wedding!
