After working work Jessica for my wife's and my elopement, I have to echo the sentiment of a previous reviewer: stop your search now and get in touch with Jessica, you've found the person you want to work with. Jessica is responsive, friendly, professional, and the quality of her work is absolutely top notch. My wife and I couldn't have been happier with our experience with Jessica. My biggest concern with hiring an elopement photographer was basically inviting a stranger into one of the most personal and intimate days of our lives. How could that not be uncomfortable? In retrospect, Jessica managed to make the day even more special, not less. She helped structure and manage the day, had knowledge of areas to explore for photos, readily adapted to some adverse weather to make sure we still got the photos we wanted, and somehow knew exactly when to be engaged and when to let my wife and I have our moments to ourselves. I also realize that even though I had never been the subject of professional photos and had no idea what to do on camera, Jessica made it super easy for my wife and I to feel comfortable and get serious shots, fun shots, individual shots, and some other really special photos. If you're concerned about the awkwardness of being on camera, I assure you Jessica will put you at ease. Jessica was especially exceptional in the planning support she provided in the lead up to our elopement. She proactively sent example photos of areas we could do our vows or get extra photo sets, provided ideas of how to divide up the elopement day between the different shoots, was familiar with the ins and outs of the park and even the commute times from our B&B to different parts of the park, and had a genuinely useful elopement guide that helped us plan for our day even beyond our photos with Jessica. And maybe most important of all, we absolutely loved the photos we got in the end. Our preview photos and full set came quickly and we loved the results. Take a look through her website and social media and you'll see how well she captures people and landscapes and special moments - even on unfortunately cloudy days! I struggle to find anything critical to say about working with Jessica. She's communicative, organized, proactive, professional and a genuinely friendly and positive person - exactly what you want on your wedding day.

We were so comfortable and at ease with her, despite meeting her for the first time to capture our wedding. We love our pictures so much and feel that they really reflect our relationship so accurately. Nothing felt forced, faked or posed. We appreciated her direction so much. She is very thoughtful and detail oriented. I appreciated her expertise and input of Glacier National Park so much as I was a Ohioan planning an elopement to a place I had never been. Jessica knows Glacier in and out: places to have a ceremony, instructions/assistance with a park permit, insight on wildlife safety and even a bathroom where she helped me change into my wedding gown. She truly thinks of everything: snacks, water, hand warmers and notebooks to write our vows in. Despite it being 45 degrees and raining, she kept us laughing and smiling the whole time. By the end of our time with her, she felt more like a friend than she even knows. I literally told her a few weeks after, “is it weird that I miss you?” Hire her. It was the best elopement decision we made.
