Janelle was the BEST photographer we could have ever imagined having capture our special day throughout Olympic National Park!! She was so easy to communicate with whether it be through email, zoom call, or in person! She listened to every detail that we explained from our vision for our wedding day. She has such a bubbly personality that lets the entire day seem just like a few friends getting together for a fun day in the park! I’m normally kind of awkward in front of the camera when it’s a bunch of pictures being taken of me, but Janelle was so perfect at capturing the candid moments that came naturally to my husband and I and even giving us the best planned poses that would turn out gorgeous for the photos. We felt 100% comfortable and happy the entire experience. When it came time for our sneak peek of photos, we were BLOWN AWAY! It comes so natural for her to capture the most stunning photos and we will forever be in awe of her ability to do what she does! This was the best day ever for my husband and I and we both recommended Janelle 1000x over!

If you live in Washington, or even across the country like me and my new husband, and need an elopement photographer, Janelle is the girl for you! We have nothing but amazing things to say about her. For some backstory, me and my husband live in Nashville and had decided that we wanted to get eloped in Mount Rainier National Park in Washington. Since we live so far away and don’t really know anything about the area, we were so worried about picking the right things. With Janelle, she took all of that worry away. She’s so knowledgeable about the national park and was able to give us some amazing recommendations on elopement spots that checked off all of our boxes and looked like a real life Pinterest board. She was also able to give us an elopement guide that answered every question we had and made the whole process easy and stress free. Another concern we had was feeling comfortable with this person. Me and my husband both have really bad anxiety, and I have terrible social anxiety on top of that. We were so worried about the photos feeling forced and unnatural. As soon as we met Janelle, it was like we had known her forever. She was so down to earth and chill. She made the whole experience all about us and our day and we never once felt awkward or uncomfortable. And you can definitely see it in the photos. We feel so beyond blessed that we found Janelle. She made our wedding day perfect, and we are so beyond grateful.

I cannot say enough positive things about Janelle!! We wanted a nontraditional wedding and she helped us from the very first moments of planning all the way though. We stumbled into her page from a Pinterest photo that was our wedding inspiration. She helped us location scout for the perfect place based on our wishes (mountains, blue water). We were anxious planning such a nontraditional wedding from afar, but Janelle was our local expert and reassured us in many ways. She was flexible and hopped on as many calls as we needed to answer questions and secure details. She provided an incredibly thorough timeline and helped us stick to it. By our wedding day, we connected as any friends would.

Wedding day- she was a joy to be around the entire time. From meeting at the trailhead at 3:30am, to a mid day ceremony, to a relaxed dinner, and wrapping up our coverage at our VRBO for cake cutting and celebration- Janelle was on! She kept the vibes positive, energetic, yet calm at the same time. She truly was a key factor to our day being so PERFECT!

To our surprise- we received a hefty sneak peek within days. Judging from the images we have received so far- her work is phenomenal.

If we were to plan our day over again, we would choose Janelle EVERY TIME!

We knew we wanted to do something totally different for our big day and from the very start Janelle made it so easy and stress free! Coming from across the country we didn’t know what to expect or where to start when trying to plan an elopement in a national park however Janelle was full of knowledge of the best locations based on our vision as well as providing a whole how to guide on elopements. On the day of Janelle was amazing she kept us on track with our timeline and worked with us on tweaking some things due to the weather the day of. She was so full of excitement for us and had a big part in keeping our day so stress free! All in all Janelle’s work really does speak for its self and we can’t begin to thank her enough for all the work she put into making our day so special and one we will never forget.

We’re so grateful to have found Janelle to help us capture, but more importantly, coordinate, our elopement for us. Although our vision was simple, Janelle took care of all the extra details that are often overlooked when planning your big day. She was incredibly communicative, provided endless resources to guide us through the planning process, and answered every single question we had along the way. The planning process made for fun evenings, brainstorming together on what we wanted our wedding to look like.

The day of was incredible! We planned for a sunrise ceremony, but had a feeling weather could be an issue 24 hours before the morning of. Janelle contacted us the night before with weather updates and offered alternate options to maximize the shift in plans. We trusted her decision and it made for incredible views above the fog in the morning sunshine.

We would do nothing different! Janelle did an amazing job looking out for our needs every step of the way. We highly recommend her for any and all adventure sessions!

You are the best. The way that our marriage weekend turned out, we could not imagine having anyone behind the camera but you.

First of all, the photos are jaw dropping. We can't believe someone was able to take how we feel about eachother and everything that we love about the outdoors and fit it into an image. When we opened the photos we choked up. Your eye for beauty and the skill to capture a moment is remarkable. Also, clicking with you was so easy! We really enjoyed sharing the day with you- person to person.

Lastly, we just have to thank you again and again- our hearts are filled to the brim knowing that these memories are always there to reflect on.
