I'm Emily, and I'm a photographer who loves the outdoors, bright colors, and creating photos that capture your authentic self. I'm based in Seattle, Washington and grew up in the PNW, so I'm familiar with all the most scenic locations. I got my start as a photographer by bringing my camera along with me on every hike I did and taking photos of my friends in gorgeous settings, and I still love any opportunity to take photos in the outdoors.

My style is colorful and candid, almost photojournalistic at times. I'll capture the standard portraits for your extended family to put on their fridge, of course, but I also try to create photos that show what it really felt like to be there - the bright smiles, the tears, the dancing.
