We might be a little bias but we think Emily is the best in the biz! We contacted her when we we first starting to envision our Alaska elopement and she made our dreams a reality! And by that I mean she helped us figure out the entire experience, not just the photos. We knew we wanted to get married in Alaska on a glacier, but had never been there and had absolutely NO knowledge of the area and she made it happen! AND THE PICTURES…. just unreal!! She was so attentive to every detail and so professional yet also down to earth and just fun to be around. She put us both at ease on what could have been a stressful day. We found Emily through social media, and we are so glad we did! She photographed our small, intimate wedding in Glacier National Park. All I can say is WOW! She is all about having fun and capturing the special moments of your day. The variety of photos we got were probably the best part of Emily's package. We were able to get traditional photos (getting ready, family photos, first look with dad) but then also got amazing opportunities like a nighttime photo shoot shoot at Lake McDonald in a rowboat, an adventure shoot the next day hiking all around the park, and fun GIFs of our first kiss, feeding each other bearclaws instead of cake, and my husband catching my bouquet since we were only allowed 12 people. My husband and I do not consider ourselves photogenic in the least bit, but Emily makes you feel like you've been modeling your whole life! She helps make the whole day feel comfortable and fun. She is down for anything and everything so she can help make your day feel extremely unique and personal! She was helpful in the planning process with getting permits and reaching out to some people for clarifying questions. After the wedding, she gifted us with an awesome package that showed how personal she is with her clients. She was by far the best investment in our wedding!

From the get go, working with Emily was always super easy, straightforward, and just down right enjoyable! She is the most easy going person and so helpful. My fiancé and I were planning an Alaskan elopement on a whim and she was a big help with planning and helping to iron out all the small details. She really went above and beyond for us. She’s no average photographer by any means! I would highly recommend her to anyone. Wow. All I have to say is Emily is amazing. You need her at your wedding - or your engagement photo shoot - or just to take pictures of you and your significant other anywhere fun. She will give you some of the best photos you’ve ever received in terms of the quality of the images and the moments that she captures. Emily was our photographer for our elopement in Las Cruces, NM. I happened to find her on google and was crushed when I found out she wasn’t local to the NM area. I searched for other local elopement photographers but no one’s work matched hers. I was struck by the style of her images and the action she captured. So we worked together and she flew to NM to be a part of our perfect day. If you want her to capture pure joy and raw happiness, she’s the one. No poses. No fake laughing. Just a photographer who gets to know her couples, allows them to be in their element, and captures moments you didn’t even realize were happening. Oh, and she has a wonderful personality. After spending the day on the mountain together we invited her to join us at our small intimate reception as a guest and she was the perfect addition. We could not be happier with Emily and the truly phenomenal photos to help us remember every moment of our day.

There's really so many amazing things to say about Emily. First, her passion for travel and creating memories with photos is contagious. My fiancé and I are kind of camera shy, but she made it SO easy and comfortable from the moment we stepped out of the helicopter. I truly loved everything about our recent session in Alaska. Emily gave us an experience of a lifetime. Her ability to capture these pure, magical moments is something I will always treasure. It's easy to stay in your comfort zone and take pictures locally, but with Emily you truly get so, so much more. Thank you so much Emily. My husband and I got married right outside Rocky Mountain National Park in Colorado. This place has been very special to us from the time we moved to Colorado to getting engaged in the park. We knew we needed a photographer that would go adventure with us for engagement pictures and find the perfect places for pictures for our wedding to capture us and the beauty of the mountains. My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Emily (and Jim). We love their willingness to explore with us for pictures and their attention to detail from checking the weather for breaks in the rain to scoping out locations in the national park we could take pictures at but not miss too much of our reception. They are professional, fun, flexible, great with communication, and take wonderful pictures. We could not have asked for better photographers considering we will cherish these pictures forever!

When looking for wedding photographers in my area I was SUPER picky. I didn’t want the cliché looking super lovey-dovey pictures, because that isn’t my fiancé and I. When finding Emily, I saw that her work was so different than everyone else’s. After working with her and seeing our images, she so delivered! This woman was able to really capture our personalities in her images. She’s beyond flexible with schedules, and so relaxed it made the craziness of the wedding planning drift away for awhile! When you pay to work with her, you’re getting her 100%. By that I mean, I have ran so many things by her that isn’t in her job description (colors, flowers), she is so much more than a photographer!
