Hey you guys! I'm Dawn and I photograph elopements, micro weddings, and sessions for playful, adventurous couples so they have souvenirs from the best days of their lives!

I'm based near Galveston, Texas but am happy to travel to destinations near and far.

I know three things to be true about eloping couples:

- you want a day that feels authentic to who you are

- you want a day that centers around your relationship

- you value experiences over all the "stuff" you need for a traditional wedding.

You want to feel like yourself on the day you marry, and you want to share an experience that will deepen your connection and bring you joy in the years ahead.

I believe there are thousands of ways to have an adventure. Whether you want to travel across the state or to a nearby town, I know we can make an unforgettable experience anywhere. The only limit is your imagination!

If you're considering Galveston (or the Houston area in general) for your elopement but aren't quite sure what to do, consider me your local expert. We've got so much more than a beach...though the beach is great! Here are just a few shenanigans you could get into on our little island:

- visit the 1877 Tall Ship Elissa

- book a ghost tour

- take a helicopter ride

- charter a sunset yacht cruise

- go to Mardi Gras (February)

- rent a golf cart (we have some that look like a Model T!) and tour the historic district

- do some hiking at Galveston Island State Park

If Southeast Texas just isn't for you, but you're digging my bright, vibrant photography style, I am happy to travel. My time in the Navy prepared me well for being on the move. I've had some great experiences photographing couples throughout Texas, as well as Florida, Michigan, Illinois, and even Paris! I even traveled for my own wedding so I've got your back on all fronts!
