I'm Cristen, your Asheville NC Elopement Photographer, lake girl, coffee lover and your new contact for all things elopement.

We love a great love story and you, my friend, have an amazing one to share. Located in the Western North Carolina Mountains we specialize in Elopements and all things outdoors!

Our style is timeless. We capture the laughs and tears and work hard to document your elopement as it is unfolding.  With over 16 years of experience as a Wedding and Elopement Photographer in Western North Carolina, we offer everything from 1 hour of coverage to all day coverage and are willing to hike in our gear to get the perfect shot!  Being a local and avid hiker, we cannot wait to capture the best elopement at the most perfect location!

    Everything about planning stressed me out EXCEPT my choice of photographer! Cristen made us feel so comfortable and curated amazing photographs! The engagement photo session with our package was a bonus I wasn't expecting to love, but the nature-inspired shots are some of my favorites. The added session also allowed us to meet and get to know Cristen before the wedding. We planned our Lake Lure wedding for over a year and a half, and when Hurricane Helene ravaged the area, Cristen happily pivoted with us and traveled to Charlotte to document our special day. I felt so grateful to have someone I trusted and someone so talented with us even though her community was suffering. I can't recommend Cristen enough, and I am so thankful for her spirit, her expertise, and her professionalism. You will not be disappointed!!!
