We are Ally & Andre, a husband-and-wife photo and film team based in Southern California and (basically) anywhere you want to get married, whether it's fun, cool, or adventurous! We have the best job in the world, a job that lets us travel, take photos, meet awesome couples, and make new friends every day. We have been professionally involved in photography and videography for 9 years and have been a part of nearly 100 weddings. We truly care about your story and want to invest in getting to know you and your love story. Capturing the big moments in your life is what we strive for. We enjoy traveling and camping in our free time, which helps us come across some of the most beautiful places. If you are looking for a fun, adventurous, laid-back and stress-free photographer to work with, we are your people! PLUS, we have a Shih Tzu named Ruffles and she's pretty dang cute.
MEET THE TEAMALLY - Hey there, I'm Ally! I'm your gal who will fix your hair, bustle your dress, and throw you a pack of tissues to wipe those happy tears while you watch your partner walk down the aisle (true story by the way!). Before I became a full-time photographer, I was a preschool teacher for 5 years and then became a Behavior Therapist for children on the Autism Spectrum for another 5 years. Working with children was such a big part of my life but when the opportunity opened up for me to take on photography full-time, I took the chance and have zero regrets! Some fun facts about me: I consider myself both an introvert and extrovert, I'm a sucker for sweets, my hair is curly but I like to straighten it, and I love Kacey Musgraves. When I'm not working, you can find me spending my time outdoors camping with my husband, hiking, mountain biking, or relaxing at home with our cute pup, Ruffles. Being able to capture other people's special moments in life has been such a blast, and I couldn't be more grateful that I get to do this for a living. Especially with my best friend and talented husband, Andre!
ANDRE -Howdy, I'm Andre! Photography became a part of my life back in 2015, when I bought my very first camera. With many hours and days of learning and the help of YouTube, I decided to turn my favorite hobby into a career. My favorite things in life are coffee, listening to comedy podcasts, and finding the best spots to camp and cook outdoors with friends and family. Some fun facts about me: I enjoy cooking, I'm the oldest sibling, my biggest fear is public speaking, and I'm not a big fan of the summer heat- unless I'm on vacation, sitting by a lake with a cold drink in my hand. When I'm not sitting in front of a computer editing or shooting weddings, I like to spend my free time listening to records, working on some type of truck project, and watering our 35+ plants we have at home.
ADVENTURE OVER OBLIGATION Whether it’s a mountain summit vow, a forest slow dance, or late‑night McNugget dinner, we’re here to capture the story that feels like you two.We’re all about making your wedding day feel like your day—full of good vibes, laughter, and moments that feel true to who you are. We’re not into stiff, awkward posing (seriously, who enjoys that?). Instead, we’ll gently guide you through natural movements that bring out real connection and emotion, so your photos feel effortless and genuine. Our favorite shots are always the candid moments where you’re simply soaking it all in with your partner.
Think of us less like photographers and more like storytellers—there to document your day, not stage it. We don’t believe in following “rules” or checking off a list of traditional wedding shots just because someone says you have to. Why stress over a jam-packed timeline or spend a fortune on things you don’t even care about? Your wedding should reflect who you two are, not what society or family expectations dictate.
