Your day begins in quiet wonder — before the world wakes, before the peaks are fully lit. The air is crisp and cool as you arrive separately for your sunrise first look in a wide-open sage field. With the Tetons glowing pink in the distance and the scent of dew on the earth, you’ll surprise one another in that sacred, suspended moment. Then, you’ll exchange private vows — just the two of you, wrapped in golden light, laughter, and that fluttery this is really happening kind of feeling.
Afterward, we’ll hike a short trail to a nearby mirror-like lake, where a boat will carry us across calm waters and we will take a short hike to waterfalls and a vista overlooking the lake (less than 2 miles roundtrip). This part of the morning is all about soft adventure — waterfalls echoing in the distance, lake views that take your breath away, and portraits that feel effortless and organic.
As the morning winds down, it’s time to rest, reset, and recharge. You’ll head back to your home base, a luxury glamping retreat tucked beneath the mountains. Nestled in your own geodesic dome, you’ll enjoy a midday break to nap, snack, and reflect on the magic of the morning.
Later that afternoon, your professional hair and makeup team will meet you at your dome to refresh your look and help you get ready for the second half of your celebration. When golden hour begins to settle over the Tetons, we’ll drive to your ceremony location in the mountains, where George, The Traveling Officiant, will guide you through a personalized ceremony with your loved ones gathered close. The mountains rise behind you, the breeze moves gently through the grass, and your story continues in a way that feels completely grounded in place and presence.
After family photos, we’ll head into the golden light for sunset portraits — wandering fields, catching the glow as the sun dips low, and documenting those quiet, post-ceremony moments of joy and connection.
Then, we’ll return to your luxury glamping domes for your elevated farm-to-table dinner beneath the stars. Long tables are set with candles and twinkle lights, your custom-curated menu is served fresh from local farms, and the whole setting feels warm, wild, and effortlessly you.
As night falls, you’ll share your first dance by candlelight — barefoot in the grass or wrapped in a blanket, music playing softly as the stars begin to appear. The domes glow in the distance, laughter floats through the air, and your elopement day ends just as it began: full of beauty, presence, and meaning.
