Your elopement day begins in the quiet hush before dawn. You’ll wake before first light, the air still cool and full of anticipation. As you sip coffee and slip into your dress, I’ll arrive to help guide you into the morning — helping you get ready and driving you to your first look location. Meanwhile, George, The Traveling Officiant, meets your partner and brings them to the field where it all begins.
We’ll reunite just as the sky starts to glow. Your first look takes place in a wide open sagebrush field, the Tetons glowing behind you in soft alpenglow. It’s peaceful and cinematic — a private world, just for you two. You’ll exchange private vows in the early light, holding space for each other before the full day unfolds.
From there, we’ll adventure to a nearby wildflower-filled meadow for portraits before heading to a mirror-like lake for your breakfast picnic — coffee from Cowboy Coffee, a pastry, and that quiet, post-vow bliss. Then we hop on a boat across Jenny Lake and hike to Hidden Falls and Inspiration Point for breathtaking portraits among waterfalls, alpine views, and the sound of rushing water echoing through the canyon.
Midday Reset
After a full and beautiful morning, you’ll take a break. Head back to your Airbnb, nap, relax, snack, and prepare for round two. A professional hair and makeup artist will come to your space to refresh your look, and we’ll meet again in the late afternoon for your golden hour adventure.
Evening Magic
As the sun begins to dip again, we’ll explore a few iconic Teton locations. Start at the historic barns of Mormon Row, then head to Schwabacher’s Landing, where the mountains reflect perfectly in the water — and if we’re lucky, we may even spot a moose or other wildlife moving through the scene.
To end your day, we’ll head into Jackson for a romantic dinner at Snake River Grill, followed by a final portrait session under the iconic antler arches downtown — glowing lights, soft laughter, and that just married energy you’ll be feeling from head to toe.
