This partial day elopement takes place at the southern doorstep of the North Cascades in Washington: Cle Elum Lake. In winter, this place turns into a magical, snowy landscape – aka the perfect setting for an intimate, unique, memorable wedding day.
You’ll start by getting ready with a few loved ones in the cozy cabin you’ve rented with views of the lake and surrounding mountains. You’ll all enjoy a slow start, sipping warm drinks and getting all glammed up, while the snow falls outside.
Once you and your partner are ready, you’ll meet outside for a memorable first look. With the snowy peaks in the background, you’ll laugh and cry as you exclaim at how amazing both of you look. You’ll share a few moments, cuddling to keep each other warm, before heading back inside.
After freshening up, you’ll gather with your loved ones indoors to share an intimate ceremony. One of your loved ones will deliver a beautiful speech, and you’ll exchange vows. Your pet(s) will be your ring-bearers, and once it’s official, you’ll kiss while everyone celebrates around you!
Next, you and your partner will hop in a winter-equipped, 4-wheel drive vehicle to head out on an adventure! We’ll travel to a nearby snow-covered beach, where you’ll spend the next hour playing in the snow together and watching the most incredible sunset. As blue hour sets in, you’ll pull out some lanterns to help you get the very last bit of fun and joy you can out of this moment, and you’ll cuddle up together, reminiscing about how perfect the day has been.
Once the sun is down, we’ll head back to the cabin, where a private chef will be making a multi-course meal for you and your family. While you wait and the cabin fills with delicious smells, you’ll cut your cake and sign your marriage license to make your union official!
To end the night, you’ll enjoy your amazing meal, surrounded by your closest loved ones. The memories of the day will already be some of your most precious together, adding to your happiness and warmth as the day comes to a close.
