Imagine stepping out of your car and onto a trail that leads you around the meadow of a glacier-carved valley, and having your first look with your soon-to-be-spouse. Then we’ll lead your families just 2 minutes down a paved path to get to an overlook that might as well have been placed there just for you. That’s where you get to say your vows; at this private, accessible spot amidst mountain peaks.
If your guests joined us for the ceremony, then this is where we take some photos with them and then send them back to your group cabin to get dinner ready for you! The three of us will continue our exploration of this magical landscape.
We’ll stop by an iconic stone bridge before heading back up the road to where the highway ends on the mountaintop. As the sun dips low in the sky, we’ll take our time walking to one of my favorite places in the world– a stunning reflection pond in front of a huge, jagged mountain. These landscapes will take your breath away and you’ll get to spend that last golden hour before sunset just taking it in together as we take portraits and enjoy.
As the sun dips below the horizon, the mountain ahead of us will start to glow in shades of orange or pink; this phenomenon called alpenglow is so special to witness! We’ll finish up our time together taking photos with lanterns as the light fades from the sky, and it will be the perfect end to your elopement day.
