Your day will begin at the trailhead in the heart of Mount Rainier National Park, where you will get ready with your closest guests pausing for laughter and tender moments before coming together for your first look. As you both turn around to see each other in your outfits, the anticipation builds because this is your wedding day!
You and your chosen family will hike 1 mile to your ceremony spot, which is against the backdrop of towering peaks and alpine meadows. Here, you will exchange vows in a ceremony that feels both intimate and awe-inspiring, the mountain itself standing as your witness.
After your ceremony, you and your loved ones will head to the picnic area and set up a picnic of crafted sandwiches, vegetable skewers, chips, and cake! The sound of laughter and clinking glasses will mingle with the mountain breeze, making the meal feel like a celebration woven into the land itself.
When the meal winds down, you will step onto the trail as just the two of you, wandering carefully on the trails for 1-2 miles through the wildflowers. You will follow Leave No Trace principles, staying on the trail and leaving the delicate blooms untouched, honoring the magic of the landscape while soaking in its beauty.
As the day draws to a close, you will find yourselves watching the sunset spill across Mount Rainier, the sky igniting in pinks and golds before fading into twilight. Hand in hand, you will take in the view and end your day holding lanterns—the perfect ending to a day rooted in love, nature, and intention.
