With this 5-hour, half-day package, you get to experience some of the most iconic locations within Yosemite and still have the rest of your day to relax and celebrate however you wish! It’s going to feel like the best date you’ve ever had— with better views and fancy wedding clothes. I’m here to help you feel comfortable, present, and completely yourselves in one of the most beautiful places on earth.
We’ll kick things off in a secluded area of Glacier Point before the park even fully wakes, when the first light brushes Half Dome in gold and the Valley floor is still wrapped in morning mist. Once the sun has risen to illuminate you both perfectly, your ceremony will begin. Magical beams of light fill the sky as you exchange your vows and share that highly anticipated kiss. Afterward, we’ll take advantage of the crowd-free setting by taking stunning portraits that showcase just how epic and unbelievable Yosemite is.
Leaving any guests you may have behind, we’ll then drive to iconic Tunnel View and make our way up to a hidden spot so you can have an intimate first dance or exchange gifts away from the busy parking lot. Thanks to our early start, we’re able to head down to the Valley before most visitors arrive, allowing for more privacy as we explore. Our next destination is Yosemite Falls, where we’ll pause for photos—and to take in the incredible sight—as the water rushes down and over the rocks behind you.
We then follow the path over the bridge for a short, romantic walk highlighted by dappled light, and cross bridges along a forested trail until we reach Cook’s Meadow. Along the boardwalk, you’ll see Yosemite Falls and Half Dome from a whole different perspective as they surround you in this golden field of tall grass. We finish up our time together here, filled with appreciation for such a beautiful day in such a beautiful place.
This isn’t a cookie-cutter wedding day or a rush from one photo op to the next.
