This is a full-day Yosemite elopement inside Yosemite National Park, moving with the light from sunrise to sunset and giving you space to actually feel the day as it unfolds.
We start at sunrise at either Glacier Point or Taft Point, depending on how you want to begin. Glacier Point feels wide and cinematic right away, with the entire valley waking up beneath you in soft morning light. Taft Point feels quieter and more intimate, with forest leading you out to dramatic cliff edges and still air before the sun fully rises. Your ceremony here is simple, grounded, and surrounded by scale in every direction.
After sunrise, we explore the valley while it’s still calm. Meadows, rivers, granite walls, and pull-offs that feel endless. Everything is slow and unforced, following the light and the way the day naturally opens up.
Midday is a true break. Time to rest, reset, eat, and just breathe. No pressure to perform or move. This part of the day is intentionally slower, letting you step out of the energy of shooting and into something more grounded and present.
Later, we head back into the park as the light starts to soften again. This is when Yosemite shifts. Golden tones hit the cliffs, shadows stretch across the valley, and everything starts to feel more cinematic.
We end at sunset at the opposite overlook from where we started, either Glacier Point or Taft Point. The sky fades into warm color, the valley fills with glow and shadow, and everything feels still in the best way.
It closes out quiet and expansive. Just the two of you, the last light on the cliffs, and a full day that moves from first light to last light in one of the most iconic landscapes in the world.
