This elopement is for couples who want their day to build—starting quietly, just the two of you, and slowly opening up into something joyful, social, and full of movement.
Your wedding day isn’t about stiff poses or checking boxes—it’s about having a day that actually feels like you. Think of it less as a photoshoot and more like an adventure where I happen to bring cameras. And if being in front of the lens feels awkward… same. Which is exactly why I keep things relaxed, conversational, and easy—just enough guidance so you’re never wondering what to do, and plenty of space for real moments to happen.
Behind the scenes, I’m quietly tracking the light, watching the weather, planning backups, and making sure snacks are within reach (because hangry is not romantic). You get to stay present and enjoy the day.
You’ll start the morning before the world really wakes up at Rafes Chasm Park. Sunrise here is unreal. You’ll see each other for the first time as the sky softens and the ocean stretches out below, then exchange private vows tucked along the cliffs with nothing but waves and early light around you. It’s intimate, emotional, and grounding—the kind of moment that feels completely your own. We’ll take our time with portraits as the sun comes up, letting things unfold naturally instead of rushing through it.
From there, the day shifts gears. You’ll head to Half Moon Beach, where your guests await. This part feels celebratory in the best way—hugs, happy tears, champagne popping, shoes kicked off in the sand. You’ll have a relaxed beach ceremony with your closest friends and family, followed by toasts and group photos that feel more like a gathering than a formal event.
Afterward, you’ll make a short drive to Bearskin Neck for portraits. Colorful buildings, salty air, fishing boats drifting in and out—this is classic Cape Ann charm. We’ll wander, explore, laugh, and grab photos that feel alive and unforced. Nothing stiff. Nothing overly posed.
And if you want to upgrade this into a full-day experience, you get to choose how it ends:
- A harbor cruise through Gloucester Harbor, with drinks, coastal views, and the perfect “we did it” exhale
or - A stop for portraits at Hammond Castle Museum—dramatic, unexpected, and wildly fun if you want something a little different
This experience is thoughtful without being heavy, adventurous without being exhausting, and full of moments that feel real—not staged, not rushed, and not performative.
If this sounds like your kind of elopement, I’d love to make it happen with you!
