Day one is for time with your loved ones. Your experience begins in Seattle, where the beautiful Volunteer Park Conservatory will hold your ceremony. In such a wonderfully dreary city, this indoor & heated venue is the perfect spot for your intimate wedding ceremony! We’ll explore the whole grounds before your guests arrive, taking portraits around the greenhouse with the lush and varied greenery. Once your loved ones come and take their seats, then you get to stand at the head of the room, recite your vows, and exchange rings.
Day two is all about you two and the incredible beauty of Olympic National Park! The adventure will be equal parts scenic and romantic, with our time starting together at your cabin for coffee. I’ll capture the two of you in your cozy accommodations before we set out into the rainforest.
We’ll visit the World’s Largest Sitka Spruce and explore moss-lined trails as you take in the majesty of this tranquil hidden gem of Olympic NP. We’ll also pull over for the prettiest road-side waterfall you’ll ever see, taking portraits with the rushing water in the background!
Then we’ll head to my favorite beach (another hidden gem) for a picnic dinner as you savor these last hours of your wedding experience. And for sunset, we’ll go to the iconic Ruby Beach where you can dance along the water’s edge and take moody, romantic portraits amongst the giant rocks that line the ocean shore. Those last photos will capture the wonderfully misty and moody feel of the Pacific Northwest– and your love story will be the star.
