Enchanted Forest Elopement Inspiration Session at Redwood National Park, CA | Tennessee & Colin
Photographer: Dani Purington Photography
Session: Styled Elopement / Vow Renewal
Location: Redwood National Park, California
From the Photographer:
“The redwoods are probably the most beautifully spectacular and wonderful trees in the world. They are so grand… So imagine eloping in a place like that. [This elopement] was amazing, private, beautiful, emotional, and spectacular. The Northern California coast is just as magical as you’d imagine.”
“When we first arrived [at] the Redwoods, we were all in shock. They are so giant and beautiful – it’s simply an amazing place to share your love… it was so awesome to watch Colin’s face as he saw Tennessee in a beautiful white gown again. She was stunning!”

“They both started crying as they renewed their vows and reminisced on their marriage, and it was so stinking special to witness… My thought process behind this was ‘enchanted forest elopement’… I wanted there to be moss, taper candles, copper, gold, and black marble. It honestly all came together so beautifully!”
[Dani Purington]
“Since most florists aren’t actually local to Redwood National Park in Northern California, we had to improvise. I actually used a florist from Southern California and dried the flowers out so that they would look beautiful… The PERFECT idea for a bride who wants to keep her flowers looking fresh! We also got Tennessee a crown, because every enchanted forest elopement needs a princess.”
