Session: Styled Elopement
Location: Rocky Mountains in Nederland, Colorado
From the Photographer:
“There’s nothing we love more than couples who are looking to do things a little differently on their wedding day, which is why adventure elopements like this vintage campervan styled elopement have such a special place in our hearts. There’s so much pressure these days for couples to have large, elaborate weddings, and for many people, that’s just not their vibe. With this elopement inspiration, we’re hoping to encourage couples to make their wedding day something that feels true to them, even if it means taking your campervan up into the mountains to say your vows amongst the trees.”
“Personally, we love the idea of couples spending time together before the elopement ceremony begins. It’s a little different than what most people traditionally do on their wedding day, but when you’re choosing to elope, it totally makes sense. You really get to be present and in the moment with each other before the whole day begins.”

“This Rocky Mountain styled elopement took place at a campsite in Nederland, Colorado… The self-solemnized elopement ceremony was held in between two trees on the campsite, with a gorgeous fiber art wall hanging strung between.”
“The campground was scattered with beautiful Moroccan-style rugs, floor pillows, and a low-level table with a gorgeous pattern carved intricately into its wooden edges. They spent the rest of the evening wandering through the mountains, running down dirt roads, and snuggling up in the campervan as the sun set behind the Rockies.”
